Salon Policies


Booking & Deposits Policy


When booking an appointment at Jacob Adams Hairdressing you are agreeing to our booking policy.


  • When a Colour appointment is made a 50% deposit will be required one week before your appointment.

  • A text reminder will be sent out two weeks before your appointment, which will give you your payment date and how to pay. This is due one week before your appointment

  • Please Covid test yourself 48 hours before your appointment, if you are positive, contact us to rearrange your appointment.

  • We do ask for 48 hours notice when changing or cancelling your appointment. Your deposit will carry to your next appointment if 48 hours notice has been given.

  • The deposit is non-refundable if 48 hours notice has not been given on cancelling, rearranging or if you don’t show up to your appointment.

  • If no deposit is paid and you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will have to pay 50% of the missed appointment before you can book another appointment - This applies to both Cut and Colour appointments booked.


  • All colour services require a skin test 48 hours prior to your appointment

Bridal Policy


  • A non-refundable booking fee is payable to secure your wedding booking of £10 per person.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit of the remaining balance is payable at the time of the trial.
  • The booking fee and deposit will be deducted from the overall cost and the remaining amount is payable 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
  • These prices include travel within a 10 mile radius.
